its a texture mod.. a mod is something that changes something. therefore a texture is a mod. aka a .rez mod. and anybody can do them, but not anybody is good at them. anybody can code, doesnt mean anybody will make something that will be anything good or useful.

unless you are a coder for ue3 mod

It would still do the same for just 2k post but mods can control the spam as well or just put an VB mod on here that stops people from spamming.
But then again it would be best if it was around 500 post.
