Ok, so as far as i know those are Decimals and each decimal number stands in the ASCII tabel for a character / letter so i took up my ASCII tabel from school and looked sofar i found this out :

67.109.103.32 > 67 > C 109 > M 103 > G 32 > SPACE(you know the space button)
