I was JUST going through the caesar sequences, thanks for confirming my work isn't for nothing

EDIT: whatever i try comes up as gibberish =/

Because of the final layer.
Which makes it pretty freaking hard, since it isn't a caesar shift. The final layer is not completely random substitution cipher, it has a pattern.

Next time I'll give a hint for each layer to begin with. Capital letters are important to cracking the final layer.

The caesar shift isnt more than 3 in either direction. No more hints from me.
