My laptops has two battery options.

One is Entertainment, and the other is POWER SAVER

Does overclocking mean I choose the Entertainment one and I play my games?

What does overclocking mean? And I know it hurts your graphics card, so I'm trying to avoid it.

Overcloaking Is:
The change of the processor clocks Either CPU or GPU higher or lower.
For example:
You have a new sandy bridge i5 2500k wich runs at 3.40 ghz base and you decided to OC to 3.80.
So yeah its got nothing to do with energy settings.

It actually has a lot to do with voltage settings, those energy saving profiles feed lower or higher voltages to the cpu, thus causing the clocks to increase or decrease.

Changing your battery doesn't mean you've overclocked your laptop.
Overclocking is making the CPU do more than it is usually meant to.

That is auto Tunning since the Pc tunes itself when The Oc its user caused.

No, its part of over clocking, increasing voltage is what over clocking is all about. You specifically stated that energy settings have nothing to do with over clocking which isn't true. I was just pointing that out. I wasn't saying that the power saving profiles on a laptop will allow you to overclock the CPU.
