Wont give you a tut. on this but i will tell you what i used to do it, the rest will be up to you figuring it all out.
Mozilla Firefox 7 or latest verision
And the add-on Tamperdata
Now go learn ADVANCED ways to use tamper data and dont get caught
As you see i didnt really pay for this but the 5k nx was put into my account
