From what I see, you can't customize it as well as a jailbreak can. Jailbreaks aren't even hard, they're easy as fuck. You can customize your shit just as much as BBs can, I would know. My brother has an android, so I have a reason why I'd hate.

With a jailbreak, you can add plug ins that completely change your experience. From the way the pages scroll, to the graphical interface.

By default you can install cracked games on BB too Big woop. Using angry birds as your prime example of why your OS is better? That's a .99 cent app that we could ALSO just get for free with a jailbreak.

Flash capabilities = longer page loading times. Rather stick with a simple browser, then use a flash browser when I want flash. So hard, right?

You have to flash a ROM to install a theme? All I have to do is go into cydia and find a theme, or just make my own.

You don't need to downgrade/upgrade to jailbreak /derp.

Done with this debate, it's just coming down to opinion. It's like fighting whether BF is better than CoD or not.
