Go for graphic card, but replacing your processor would be really good, even tho you would have to replace your mobo

really? i thought an most intel processors would work on that mobo.

If that is a 775 socket, your gonna have to end up replacing your mobo to run any of the latest gen processors. So if you don't want to, just upgrade your graphics to a 500.

The best thing you could do is upgrade for an amd something, mobo`s are cheap ass and the CPU also and they are the best out there for gaming (performance/price wise)
But if you dont want that, just upgrade to the 500 series or 6000 series. a 560 TI should be around 200$ and able to run bf3. im not sure about the CPU tho, i think it will struggle with the game
