changing .gif animation still wont work :/

when im trieing to change .gif animation, it still wont work, i've tried TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting but wont work, i tried all the links, but nothing. So please help me again

Try saving it to your PC , then uploading it as an avatar.
