I am going to buy a used laptop, and I wanna see it's components. The seller wasn't sure about them, he told me some, but he didn't know what video card it has. Is there any program that tells me the CPU, the Graphics Card, the RAM?
Nope.

Nope.
Yup! Exactly what @DarknessLights said.
If you still need something

run Command > run > dxdiag
