    Question

    when I resigned, I was supposed to have level 4 tag and a bold name, I can't even use my vip, i need the tag to use it.

    any suggestions?

    Go to User CP. Try seeing if there is "Group Membership" on the left under Control Panel. If there is, click that and see if you can change it or not.
