You probably hve to get a clean engine. Or just get a clean .dll.

If not you have to reinstall the game.

Or you can turn UAC back on and it should work.
If not you should reinstal it.

Go To My Computer > Local Disk > Look for something that says Vol_.... happens sometimes when downloading at first time.


Happened to me already and if is just that you download it you must put your login data of the (forums) on there and it will led you log into the game.
