Important Information Regarding Nexon Guard in Combat Arms

Attention Soldiers,

In our ongoing efforts to combat cheaters, Nexon Guard, a hack detection tool, is being used along with Hackshield to provide another layer of game security in Combat Arms.

Nexon Guard will appear as the program “Black Cipher.aes” in the task manager. Players should not attempt to “End Process” this program. Doing so will not improve in-game performance, but will make you vulnerable to getting disconnected from the servers and having your account flagged for File Modification.

We are constantly monitoring the program and taking steps to ensure that it is as effective as possible.

Cheaters are an unfortunate component of every gaming community. Nexon Guard is a powerful tool that helps us respond to them more quickly. Your cooperation to that end is of paramount importance.
