I was on msn with her and I sent her a screeny of my ticket, you can ask her what it said, I forgot.
+ I gave that account away so I can't go check....

Just say something like this:

My account was recently banned for breaking the terms of service. I'm contacting 1:1 support to try and appeal my ban. I'm a paying customer of your game, and would like to continue playing if you give me another chance. I know hacking was wrong, but I just wanted to try and gain an advantage over other players because I'm not so good. I promise I will follow the TOS and abide by the rules and guidelines of you consider giving me another chance. Sorry for any harm I caused to you or your players.
