Insert Cd with win OS and restart PC...
Nuff said.
No virus can bypass instalation that or just use a command line errasing cd to completly format the HDD.

If you had any sort of other devices plugged in (USB etc) give those a scan too. Just to be safe.

Many of the virus's out there are not able to be completely detected by A/V software. A full system restore or reinstall is the best option. Originally Posted by AznReincarnation
