Everytime i log in it says "Cannot access test server", what does that mean?

ok, LOL. one of 2 options. either way you're screwed.

1: your account is under suspicion of hacks and is being investigated.
2: you've been perm banned.

All you can do now, is go into your CF folder, delete EVERYTHING form HGWC and REPORT folder, create a new account, and start over.
OR, you could go to the website, and SPAM THE FU** out of them promoting MPGH.

I think my account is now banned due to when i go on the website all it says is that my account is blocked currently but it doesnt say when it will be unbanned

That means that you are banned .
Go to Z8Games - Free Gaming. Evolved. and log in and check your ban reason + unban date .
If the site doesn't give you any date you are perma banned .

Yeah, your banned. Nothing we can really do about it . Might as well,start,a new account, that way you have a fresh start.
