    Question A League of Legends custom skins question

    Ummm.. Recently, ive seen many of my friends installed custom skins in league of legends..
    anyone know a program to illustrate lol skins, and also how do you find the dds in the lol folder. and how do u make one?
    It would be big help... i reeally appreciate it! Thnx!

    you can download it from many sites or wallpapers.. and are you wanting a skin on this site.. or a wallpaper?
