Vindictus's hidden luck stat

i am just wondering, is it true that when a char is created he/she is given a hidden stat that effects everything that involves chance in the game , such as drop rate, enchant rates, enhance rates? i know other games that does that to control their economy and make people spend more money, does vind also do it?

it's bollocks but yeah somehow the illuminati make this able in every game ... I've got a friend who can craft everything can plus everything but fails in collecting missionitems ... I am the opposite and it's that in every game we play
