nothing happens after i succesfully inject and open CA

hi guys
im using perX injector and Mgph Pub.dll to hack with combat arms
i open injector, put Engine.exe, etc, then ran CA.
the injector said 1/1 successful injected! or something, then disappears
then combat arms title screen, in game, all fine
is there suppose to be some menu that pops up? cos i press insert and nothing happens
i run on Windows 7

Check for any DLL files needed for the hacks, ask for help and get teamviewer if it still doesn't work
