Only way I know of:
You get many reports the Screenshot anti-cheat thing checks images and see you use.
But who would report you many times for Texture hacks?
Maybe around 10 in 2 months or so?

So I think I can say yes. Will never be bannable.

But detected. Players say you use Texture hack, so they detect it. But not the anti-cheat system.
As long the file seizes are the same.

And ban out of that...

well if they want to be sure you ve cheated they would proly check MD5 or any other irreversable algorytm... files edit time could be easily changed and edit time is computers local time...

this one uses iw_00.iwd to iw_06.iw that you should've backed up to restore
