Just turn off some of the hacks before gping to the nnext mission. Unlimited ammo and no reload is safe but you should just turn off the other features.

Just start the game with internet.
Alt tab out.
Disconnect internet.

Start the hack and enjoy.

This is 100% safe when playing alone.
Campaign = Safe
Solo Spec Ops = Safe
Solo Survival = Safe
Coop Spec Ops = Don't know, but I think its safe
Coop Survival = Don't know, but I think its safe

and the god mode work but, u must "died" one time, but your not falling down and you can play like nothing happend xD

Thanks a lot! , God Mode should be used carefully....so in survival..you gotta camp so you dont die using God Mode, but the problem is, whenever i enable the health hack, MW3 closes suddenly.......(I followed everything)so I kinda....need some help with the health hack

You could start by downloading the new version of the trainer.
