Its just a simple question. Lets say you download a hack right? and you use it during a game and it works perfectly fine. Now lets say it gets patched. Is it possible for z8 to track the hack to the account that it was used by and ban it?

If someone reported you to z8 with videos and info,yes..
OR If you run the game with the hack after X-Trap detects it

you will become banned in the game if you were using hack and some screen shot your writing ,shooting or reloading
also if some one saved the game then download it in z8 that shows that you are a hacker.

but if you were hacking then stopped before patching and no one reported you impossible to get banned

A hack can´t get patched while you are playing. If they want to patch, they shut down all game servers.
After that the hack is probably patched. You won´t be able to log in without getting a ban.
You can also get a ban if you hack and a player reports you. they save the game and can replay the game.
They will send the replay to z8games and z8games will ban the hacker
