Can someone help me bind these commands per Console:

Well, the keys have different codes when binding. And yes, without the {}.

NUMPAD1 = KP_END
NUMPAD2 = KP_DOWNARROW
NUMPAD4 = KP_LEFTARROW
NUMPAD6 = KP_RIGHTARROW
NUMPAD7 = KP_POS
NUMPAD8 = KP_UPARROW

Not quite sure but there's a list somewhere.
