Hey there, i need some help.

I changed some weapon settings in the iw_00.iwd file for Zombie, Multiplayer and Singleplayer (i increased the magazin capacity of a weapon) but there is no success ingame?

i mean i used the right weapon file and i saved it, but no change ingame.

So how can i edit the weapon settings??

Just verify game cache, it should be a partial reinstall that fixes any corrupted game files.
