Hk416+M4a1 Macro setting

Any recommended macro settings for the m4a1 and hk416?
and is what is the best for clicks per miliesecond, higer or lower number?

i set for m4a1 2 and for most guns too

For HK 416 use 20 to 24. M4A1 I no use, have a bit of recoil.
