Need "HELP" immediately PLEASE

Hey guys i am using the public hack and i just cannot log in any more.
See the log in screen where it asks your username+password, i type my stuff and press login but it doesn't work and kind of freezes.
i removed the hack but didn;t work
i reinstalled the game but still no result
i am seeking help desperetly.

Any kind of help would be appreciated.
