Needing Assistance With The Pub Hack

Hi guys I just recently started playing combat arms and I thought I would have a little fun with it xD.
So I'm trying to get the Public hack to work but It doesnt seem towork for me. Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong?

Steps]]]]
1.I extracted into the Combat Arms folder. Put in my user/pass in the setting and yes I put them properly.

2. Im using vista so I disabled UAC and turned off everything on AVG. I do have frameworks 1.0 and 2.0 or w.e its called o_o and I set CA to run on XP sp3 and admin.

3. I double click the CA shortcut but theres notext? I press start game to make sure if it just comes in, IN the game but it doesn't

So what do I do o_o????
