i want to upgrade mah pc`s motherboard, memory and cpu.
currently i got some asus mobo that was around 90 bucks, a 965 phenom 2 and 4 gib of ram 1333mhz corsair something which i want to upgrade to 8gb.

Imo it's not worth upgrading from the Phenom II X4 955 (or 965) right now, as most games and tasks rarely manage to stress the cpu enough to make stuff slow down, let alone require a far better one. As far as motherboards go I would recommend, if you really need the upgrade (only viable reasons I see would be 6Gb/s Sata 3 and USB 3, there haven't been enough advancements in anything to justify wasting money) get something that supports the future FX cpus, perhaps a 990FX chipset (GA-990FXA- series are cool, I <3 GA). For the ram just look for some 1600MHz CL8 or better ram, should do the job just fine. G.Skill tends to have great price/performance (e.g. you can get 4*4GB of 1600MHz CL9 ram for like 50 bucks lol)

Well in that case save up for an X79 build, imo it's a waste of money atm to get anything older (new gen stuff starts rolling out Q1 and Q2 2012). If you don't care about CPU / chipset performance feel free to get something like P67 + i7 2600 or smth, shouldn't cost too much and should allow for your basic 2-way SLI setup
