Im not sure if any1 els has had this problem but now and then after the injetcting if i alt tab itl crash and sometime i just plain time out while loading a map

probably a stupid question but does mw3 need a steam update for a hack to be detected, or can it be detected pre update?

There is no need to update the game to get a hack detected.
They can make it detected whit out you noticing

Try using, Faith Injector. (search the forum for it).
1. Start MW3
2. Tab out and inject the dll
