Why Doesn't my Combat ARms hack work...

What i did:
1. downloaded the hack from 12/22
2. Extracted into my CA folder
3. Edited settings to:

6. I didn't see text so i did step 5 again.
7. i still didn't see text.

so with this i have 2 questions
1. WHAT THE H*LL DID I DO WRONG!!?!?!?!?
2. what should the text at the bottom right corner say?
It doesn't work!

Did you put it in the program file (X:/Program Files/Nexon/Combat Arms)?
Did u put in the right login details?

I did put it in my combat arms folder and my login information is correct, unless
are you supposed to put in your CA login information or your MPGH login information?

I cant get it to work when i click on settings.ini and type my MPGH accout name and pass and hit exit it ask to save "i click yes" and then it says .............."Winrariagnostic Messages.....
!! Can not create C:\Documents and settings \xp\localsettings\temp\MCAPUDHACK.rar
!! Access is denied

change the 0 to 1 if you want it. maybe thats why..

do you have .net framework 1.0 or 2.0 ?

Do 3 things
1. Make sure all the files are in your combat arms directory
2. Make sure you edited the settings file correctly
3. Make sure you have net framework 1 or 2 installed

i downloaded the hack and everything but when i run CAit open internet browser to MPGH.NET and my CA is shut down. So when i download the hack i cant play CA!!!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
