Modern Warfare 3 Class Editor (Help Please)

Okay i was lookin at some forums the other day and i came across some sort of class editor where you could put any attachement on any weapon eg. akimbo scar-L's i disregarded it because i wasnt interested, but now i cant find it again, i was wonderin if anyone else out there saw it and knows where it was, thanks.
