Mac OSX vs Windows OS

I prefer the Mac OSX over Windows OS. Personal preference and I know how to use a Mac more than half of the people on this site. Yes, Windows is good for games but I hardly ever play games on the PC. I do more media orientated activities than anything else and I don't need anyone else to tell me what I should buy or how to spend my money.

Macs are bad. They are overpriced when they use the EXACT same hardware as PC's. Now OSX on the other hand I can understand you liking it.

The thing is, I don't want a desktop because I can't justify using it enough and if I did get one I would want it to have very high specifications. I want a laptop and I don't mind paying the money for it because I will use it so much more than I would use a desktop.

Now, I know a guy who can get me a Macbook Pro with an i7 processor and an AMD Radeon HD 6750M GFX chipset for like £800 which is about £700 cheaper than Apple sells them off at and about £150 more than I was going to spend on my laptop so I don't mind paying it.

If they had same hardware and same price I would go for Windows based (assuming the OSX was a macbook pro) purely because I know that macbook pros are quite brittle. BUT if I were to pick with my heart and not my head, I would go macbook pro only if it was same specs and same price.
