Pub console will only let you hack solo. You aren't doing anything wrong, that's how it was designed to reduce public hacking.

what about ? i cant use Hero Mode to do lv 31 + quests its giving me to use Hero Mode to lv 1 - 31 quests but not lething me do quests lv31 + or lv 50+ in Hero Mode aany chance to explain me ?
