Private server is bassicly a copy of the real game.
usually u get more xp in private servers and u also get guns much cheaper.
I think that z8games are not gonna add the De_Dust map.

no no. Private server has it's own webpage/forum, it has nothing to do with Z8Games

Used to have one, Crossfire Eternia, that's the name if I'm not wrong. They had no connection with the original Crossfire companies, had rumours about getting sued by Z8Games, others says they scammed fuckload of players with their own ZP/Coin market.

eternia was sued by z8 for a long time i am telling u coz i was playin cf eternia once and just opened cmd and wrote netstat i show a ip with 79 at the start i said this sees to look like z8 ones and it was really the z8games that sued them.The scam is real u were buin 9k points they were giving u 8900 or less

Private servers is the replica of an already officially published game; such as crossfire, only you take that exact game and claim ownership. It's like buying out the contract Z8Games has for crossfire, but instead you're not buying it out and you're taking all the server files and making the game your own. Should be simple enough to understand.

How to make it: Server files, lots of coding - some in depth stuff. Not sure exactly how. But that should be the jist of it, if not a good image or assumption of how it's made.

Making your own maps and implementing it in the private server is obviously possible.

As for the map the De Dust map in Counterstrike, I don't think it will be implemented, but it could happen. It is possible. Not 100% chance though, very low chances.
