Calisthenics is the true workout. None of you here are strong enough to need more than calisthenics.

Never been to a Gym, and only workout in the summer at a friends house. The most his bench can take is 150lb. Both of us use 150.

When I was playing hockey my coach would make me lift weights like crazy.
last time I checked I could bench like 260
