That makes no sense, even from a logical standpoint. Why would your body burn muscle first instead of stored energy. Your body burns the glycogen in adipose tissue first, which is basically chains of glucose. then it burns the glycogen stored in muscle tissue, not the actual muscle. Your body starts burning muscle when there is no available resources left. It is however, extremely unhealthy.
That makes absolutely no sense. I did a shit load research because I have the open mindedness to say,"Hey, maybe I'm wrong, better look this up." So my "long" responses are packed with legitimate information I have checked and rechecked. You post incoherent responses based on your vast well of prior knowledge that I literally need to interpret. Do some research first genius.
