    You need to know C++ to be able to make a hack.
    You don't learn C++ in 1 tutorial . It takes months of practice to be able to make a hack .

    You can make a Menu with D3D .

    You can make a launcher with Visual Basic.
    Visual Basic is the easiest language you can learn .
