Some clarifications: The perks/proficiencies/everything are only for your secondary weapon. This means if you choose the range proficiency, it will only apply to your secondary. And also the "juggernaut" is just a ballistic vest.

oh ya btw , do not switch to ur sec wpn too fast cos if u put dmg with fmg which is impossible to have than ur exposed. ;x
