If you did log in the game on the 25th of Dec then the Ribbon will be given to you.
These kind of ribbons take a lot of time to be delivered since there are a lot of people receiving it.
If you do not receive it on the 31st of Dec then contact them.

This is what they told me on the Support Form. So I guess we just have to be patience.
