Yeah it's good.
But get RAM @ CAS 7.
Plus get a liquid CPU Cooler.
Something like this.
Newegg.com - CORSAIR H70 Core High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
By the way, head over to head-fi.org for what headphones to get.

Oh I thought you mean't CAS Latency (?) Lmao.
Can you tell me about CAS Latency/Timing, don't really get it >< and if 1333 or 1600 makes a difference.
Kind of just went with the first one I saw. Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-8GBRH LMAO. or Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-8GBXH
IIRC, voltage has to be 1.5V or lower correct?

@ ram: in real life situations the difference between 1333MHz CL7 ram and 1600MHz CL8 ram is virtually unnoticeable. tl;dr version would be higher speeds and lower latencies / better timings = better ram, but you should ideally just look for 1600MHz CL8 or better, anything better is usually hella more costly and not worth it. Voltages should be fine up to 1.65V for most builds, though 1.6V / 1.5V are often considered better because you can always push the ram a lil more once you boost the voltage (depending on the hardware going over 1.65V may cause damage).
As far as headsets/headphones go "good" doesn't coincide with "gaming". Unless you're a die-hard gamer that seeks the best surround placement, tell us your budget. Decent headphones start at around 100-150 bucks, good ones at over 300. A decent sound card is a must-have if you're going to go for the over 300 category, if not even a decent amp. Otherwise if you're more of the cheaper kind / not so much an audiophile take a look at Audiotechnica's m50, AD700, Grado's SR125 / SR225i (even though the cheaper sr60i are literally awesome for their price, regardless of age), BD's dt770, if you can push a bit higher then the "good" grade headphones start coming into play such as BD's dt880 / dt990, Sennheiser's HD650, AKG with the K701 / K702, Audiotechnica comes in with the AD900 (maybe the AD2000 if you have the money), Denon's D2000 are a hella awesome deal too. It comes down to personal preference and what kind of stuff you need done.
If you're looking for solely gaming headsets and don't give two shits about decent sound, Roccat Kave 5.1 & Speedlink Medusa 5.1 are your best options, both are cheap, have good surround placement and are absolutely shitty in terms of sound quality (better than anything "gamer" from Razer or Logitech though).
I'm Alen on Steam. RIP Skype Friday nights.

Well the pc is decent I would go with nvidia though.. And umm headsets are person preference.. I would go with speakers.
It'd be cool if you give me something from nVdia on par with the 6950 or something that can be comparable and cheap... Thats one reason why I went with AMD. Plus, I'm a AMD fanboy. DDD::: too bad their cpu's are falling. </3 bulldozer
Yeah, once I started to google, looking at reviews, I found out that I needed to be more detailed in what I was looking for.
These are my results, originally, I was set on getting the Audio Technica A700/AD700 but now I'm leaning towards the Logitech G35. $300 is far out of my range but I guess it'd be around $100-$220.
I was told the Senheisser P350/60 or Logitech G930 were just as good, I'm not sure.
-----
because in my opinion, it was either go with gaming or music, I thought I'd just get two, gaming first and then when I get money in like 3 month I'd buy headphones for music:
- Senheisser HD280 pro
- Denon AH-D1001/2002
- Audio Technica ATH-M50
but then i'd need amps </3 more googling lol
My third option would be to get speakers -- Logitech Z5500 and probably Creative Sound Blaster X-FI Titanium Fatal1ty if I can afford it. Even ASUS Xonar DS would make a difference right?
Those are soundcards.
Sidenote -- Lool, I can't buy my mobo anymore. Deactivated. Gotta phone sum CanadaComputersss now

Headphones don't really matter it depends on the games you play. Sound cards do nothing to headphones, all they do is boost sound or just give you more sound options. Like I have my titanium x-fi card as you stated above i replaced it with my Bose.
Soundcards are for speakers!
