Unrar it and open folder which you've just extracted. Copy "seplugins" and "PSP" folders to ms0 and replace. On PSP, go to Game, choose PRO UPDATE and:
Press X, wait, press X again and that's all


To install permanent patch:
PERMANENT PATCH WORKS ONLY ON 1G AND 2G PSPs!
Open "YOUR_SOFT PRO-B Permanent Patch (or CIPL_Flasher on new softs) in PSP, press X, then O and that's all.
