You don't; get a real damn job. Making money on Youtube is like asking for a $1 a day because that's pretty much what you'll be getting without being irritating, spamming, hacking, advertising your ass out for a penny every click.

Get a JOB; work away from the internet.

You have to get lots of subscribers, but it's pretty hard, you have to have licenses to use music, videos etc. After you get all those requirements, you apply to become a partner, they may take a while.
They might accept or decline.
You make about $2.5 per 1000 views
