You can install it, it's just that if your on your server, you cant use that mod. It will allow you to go in and play on your server, just not with the mod.

You should, it's a REALLY fun mod.
I played it all night today. Build a bunch of arena stuff. Beastly fun. xD
I did 1 super soldier vs 100 normal ones. The battle lasted so long i just gave up and nuked them.
