whats better high fps ? or low ?
and if its low how to make it high and vice versa

when u quote me could u make it in big letters, my monitor is small and the green hurts my eyes. how to make high fps, get a really nice processor, or get a decent processor with a decent graphics card. to get low fps record with fraps with like 13 fps custom. i say i can adda little box at the top of my video to make my fps look like its 500 but its really only 40 when i record.
