Short version: kinda. You'll handle shitty games like CF and CA without problems, games like BF3 will need you to lower the resolution and use low settings to even get good framerates. I sincerely doubt anything less than a top-notch 580M will get any decent settings out of games like BF3 on a laptop platform.

And you want to play BF3. Not gonna happen unless you want to lower the res or the quality, at least not with decent FPS. It's basically the entry-level gaming laptop, it should handle most less demanding games but the newer and better ones ... na-ah.
