Help out a noob here =[

Ok, so is it possible to burn an 8.5 GB ISO file in a 4.7 GB DVD?
I heard about something called shrinking an ISO file into a DVD, but i'm not sure how
I looked everywhere for 8.5 DVDs, But I couldn't find any. So i don't want any useless replies.
Feel free to donate to me.

If it's in 2 disks, how can you run it?

Yes you are able to split them

I just assumed you'd want to play them back

You can shrink it with DVD shrink

You may also want to read this; How to Split a DVD ISO File | eHow.com regarding using 2 DVDs.
Just wondering, why do you want to burn a iso to a disk?

Edit; PowerISO and DVD shrink are both free programs

^This is what you should do, making it somewhat possible to resize it enough to be able to burn on a single DVD.
Else you could just use a converter to convert the .ISO to a .CSO file, which should reduce the file size at the expensense of quality aswell.

CSO is lossless compression afaik and DVD Shrink is, as far as I can tell, intended to work with video / audio files. What kind of content does the ISO have?

If it's for the PC just install it by extracting the iso and running whatever is inside, if it's for a console then splitting the iso won't really help.

    That.
(Or spare yourself the hassle and extract it to an USB?)

If you just want to test out Modern Warfare 2, download 'AlterIWNet' on the desired PC (free Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer).
And instead of burning it on a CD, move it on an USB and mount it with Power ISO / Daemon Tools
