Install and run CA without admin

I was going to post this, but I guess you beat me to it.

If you boot in Safe Mode you can edit user account settings and change the password for the admin without having the previous password.

Google to see how to boot in safe mode, don't want to explain here.

Alright, to unblock the stuff from your firewall just go to your firewall options, look for combat arms or nexon and check both of the boxes. If it doesn't work then sorry.
