I've been playing with Nexon games since about '05 (when Maple Story came out; couple months after actually).
I liked it better when Wizet was in-charge.
GMs would give you free shit for reporting hackers, and would actually talk to you in-game if you ever had any problems. Now Nexon took over, and it's full of money-loving ******s.

Nexon deleted one of my many alts after a month of it being banned.Then I received a response six months later by a GM saying they have unbanned my account and are giving me a second chance .There is a reason Nexon doesn't have their phone number posted on their website...
