    Question How to do that pls help fast _?

    i new start to sony vegas pro 10(i use 10 because windows xp do not support pro 11) can anyone tell me how to do that flashing effect and the thing at the corners(in black color) i will do that but in flashing mode and in white how to that pls tell me ?
