With Cardio however you hit a limit very quickly bulking. Your metabolism being raised along with the types of workouts being done with cardio tones the muscle down, making it harder to bulk. If @Ed wants bigger muscle and tone, I would suggest he gets the one step Pro-Hormone with Whey supplements, sticks to a high protein diet, and focus's on bulk lifting for the first month. After that stick to the bulk lifting but not as much and do more cardio, that will cause the maximum amount of high bulking to toning ratio. If you tone too early it takes double the amount of time and effort to bulk back up Happened to me twice sadly.

Ah I do Krav Maga, not so much focused on movement, nor strength, but I don't do any workouts with it so I just lift with my buddies (all of which are body-building fanatics so you can see where I get the whole "bulk bulk bulk" attitude from).
Just in case you ever want to go to a Krav Maga class, you'll know it's real by one test. They make you sign a waiver when you first walk in, and as soon as you put the pen down you get punched in the jaw and the ribs. That's how I started my training not gunna lie though, shit hurt.
I run a mile every other day and played football since 4th grade. I'm sure my cardio isn't that bad.
Well my resolution was to make everything as easy as I can possibly make it. So far it is going over pretty good
