Nightly is a 32 and 64 bit browser with constant updates (beta version) of the updates to mozila.
It is faster to load pages.
Its the mozilla simple UI.
And is compatible with 90% of the plugins.
And doesnt crash that easly :|

Ah I see. Then why doesn't everyone switch from mozilla to nightly? Everyone I know either uses mozilla or chrome, never even heard of Nightly until you said it, so I downloaded it and didn't really see a difference.

Depends if you dont have a 64 bit version you wont see much of a diference its actualy in the more ram usage that enables faster load.
